1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to 11phjoy. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 11phjoy ("we," "us," "our," "the Platform"). By accessing or using any part of the 11phjoy website at 11phjoy.best, including registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the 11phjoy platform immediately and should not create or continue to use any account. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account at 11phjoy, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Online gaming and sports betting in the Philippines is restricted to adults aged 21 and above. 11phjoy strictly enforces this age requirement and will request documentation to verify your age if there is any doubt.

• You must be a natural person registering on your own behalf. Corporate accounts and accounts registered on behalf of third parties are not permitted.

11phjoy reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any time. Failure to pass verification, or any misrepresentation of your age or identity, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pending balances that cannot be substantiated.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account at 11phjoy. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using the same personal details, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all related accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited pending investigation.

3.2 Accurate Information

When registering at 11phjoy, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address or mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration or verification process. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account termination without notice.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 11phjoy account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity that takes place under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must notify 11phjoy immediately via our support channels so that appropriate action can be taken.

3.4 Account Verification

11phjoy may at any time require you to verify your identity before processing withdrawals, accepting large deposits, or at our discretion for compliance purposes. Acceptable forms of identification include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., UMID, PhilSys ID, driver's licence, passport). Delays in providing verification documents may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

11phjoy supports the following Philippine payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Internet Banking, BPI Online, UnionBank Online, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱).

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal is ₱200. Maximum single transaction limits vary by payment method and account verification status. 4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the 11phjoy finance team on regular business days. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically settled within the same business day when requested before the processing cut-off. Bank transfers via InstaPay and PESONet are typically completed within one to two business days. 11phjoy does not charge internal fees on withdrawals, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.

4.4 Player Funds

Funds deposited into your 11phjoy account are held in a segregated manner from operational funds. Your balance represents your credit with 11phjoy and may be used to place bets and participate in promotions. 11phjoy does not pay interest on account balances. Deposits must only be made using payment methods owned or controlled by the account holder — third-party deposits are not accepted.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed at 11phjoy are subject to the general and game-specific rules published within each game section of the platform. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the applicable rules for that specific game or market. 11phjoy reserves the right to void bets that are placed in error, placed on clearly incorrect odds resulting from a technical error, or placed in violation of these Terms.

5.2 Sports Betting — PBA and Football

Bets on PBA and football markets are accepted pre-match and in-play where available. Pre-match bets become final once the event begins unless specified otherwise. In the event of a postponed or cancelled fixture, bets are handled in accordance with the specific market rules published for each competition. 5.3 Card Games — Pusoy and Tongits

All card games at 11phjoy are played against other real registered players unless otherwise indicated. The platform uses a certified random card shuffling system. Any attempt to collude with other players, use automated software to make decisions, or manipulate game outcomes in any way will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated winnings.

5.4 Live Casino

Live casino games are operated by licensed third-party game providers using real dealers and real equipment in a controlled studio environment. All live casino results are final once confirmed by the dealer and the game system. Connectivity issues on the player's side do not entitle the player to a void of an already-confirmed result. 11phjoy is not responsible for interruptions caused by the player's internet connection or device.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all associated bonus winnings voided and may be suspended or permanently banned from the platform.

6.4 Modification and Cancellation

11phjoy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. In the event that a promotion is cancelled, any wagering already completed in good faith towards the promotion's requirements will be honoured on a pro-rated basis at our discretion.

7. Responsible Gaming

11phjoy is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming for all Filipino players. 8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 11phjoy platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using false details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in match-fixing, game manipulation, or any form of collusion with other players for the purpose of guaranteeing outcomes.
• Using the 11phjoy platform to launder money or conduct any transaction linked to illegal activity.

• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software glitches, or incorrectly posted odds for systematic profit. Any winnings derived from known errors are not valid and will be voided.
• Providing your account credentials to a third party, allowing another person to access or operate your 11phjoy account, or accepting funds from a third party to fund your account.

9. Intellectual Property

All content available on the 11phjoy platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software, and the overall design and layout of the website — is the intellectual property of 11phjoy or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 11phjoy platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any part of the 11phjoy platform without express written consent from 11phjoy. Any unauthorised use of 11phjoy intellectual property may result in legal action.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. 11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 11phjoy's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall be limited to the amount of the bet or transaction directly giving rise to the claim. In no event shall 11phjoy be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits or emotional distress — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

11phjoy reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without notice, if we have reason to believe that:

• The account holder has violated any provision of these Terms or related platform policies.
• The account is being used in connection with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Continuing to operate the account would expose 11phjoy to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information at registration or during any verification process.
• The account holder is a minor or is otherwise ineligible under the criteria set out in Section 2 of these Terms.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms by the player, any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after appropriate checks. Where closure results from a breach, balances may be withheld pending investigation.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of the 11phjoy platform shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law provisions. By using the 11phjoy platform, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent court or authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Changes to These Terms

11phjoy may update or revise these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the 11phjoy platform after any change to these Terms takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
